Founder & Managing Partner

Dr. (c) Meidia Safitri, A.Md., S.H., M.H., CCD., CLA. C.Med., is the Founder and Managing Partner of MEIDIA MAHENDRA LAW FIRM & PARTNERS. She is an experienced legal practitioner in corporate law, legal compliance, dispute resolution through litigation and non-litigation, and handling other legal matters. She earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Esa Unggul University, a Master of Laws degree from Jayabaya University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Law at Pelita Harapan University.

In addition to leading her law firm, she has also served as permanent Legal Counsel at PT Hyundai Inti Development (Hyundai Industrial Estate Manager) for over seven years and has handled various issues related to corporate law and regulatory compliance.

Dr. (c) Meidia Safitri, A.Md., S.H., M.H., CCD., CLA. C.Med., adalah Founder dan Managing Partners pada MEIDIA MAHENDRA LAW FIRM & PARTNERS. Beliau merupakan praktisi hukum yang berpengalaman di bidang hukum perusahaan, kepatuhan hukum, dan penyelesaian sengketa melalui Litigasi maupun Non-Litigasi dan penanganan persoalan hukum lainnya. Beliau meraih gelar Sarjana Hukum dari Universitas Esa Unggul, Magister Hukum dari Universitas Jayabaya, dan saat ini sedang menempuh Program Doktor Ilmu Hukum di Universitas Pelita Harapan.

Selain memimpin Firma Hukum, beliau juga menjabat sebagai Legal Counsel tetap di PT Hyundai Inti Development (Pengelola Kawasan Industri Hyundai) selama lebih dari 7 Tahun dan sudah menangani berbagai macam permasalahan dari aspek hukum perusahaan dan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan.
